Megan was one of the recipients of the Women in Screen Printing awards and is a champion of women in the industry. Both she and Ryan recently took over P&M Apparel, a family business started by their grandmother, and largely work on making sure not only women have a voice in the community, but that their employees feel appreciated and the work culture is inclusive.
