The PRINTING United Alliance Wages, Salaries, and Benefits Report 2024-25 provides detailed information on benefits offered and compensation averages across a full range of positions within the printing industry. The PRINTING United Alliance Wages, Salaries, and Benefits Report 2024-25 addresses one of the greatest challenges in our industry: how to build a productive, flexible workforce in chronically tight labor markets. Participants included commercial printers, graphic and sign producers, apparel decorators, package printers and converters, and functional printers. Annual sales range from less than $250,000 to more than $500 million.
