It’s almost Earth Day, which means the Sustainable Merch Summit (SMS) 2026 is drawing near. The free, virtual event brings the promo, print, and apparel worlds together for a practical, energetic conversation around sustainability.

Presented in partnership with Stanley/Stella and co-hosted by the Branded Merch Network, alongside Apparelist (a PRINTING United Alliance Media Brand), ASI, and the 2 Regular Guys podcast, the live sessions are built for decision-makers looking for real conversations, examples, and progress in sustainability.

Sustainable Merch Summit Details

This year’s Sustainable Merch Summit sessions include a range of topics, including:

  • The Real State of Sustainable Merch
  • Certifications: What Actually Matters and What Doesn’t
  • When Sustainability Becomes a Growth Strategy
  • NEW THIS YEAR! Merch That Made the Cut (Distributors & decorators share sustainable merch they trust)

The sessions aim to help those in print, promo, and apparel cut through the noise around certifications, sourcing, and transparency. Attendees can expect to leave the event with real takeaways on how to step into sustainability without getting bogged down in the details.

“Sustainability can feel overwhelming, especially when the conversation gets abstract or expensive,” Jay Busselle, co-founder of Branded Merch Network, says. “This Summit focuses on practical next steps for the people doing the work every day. Progress starts on the ground, not in a ballroom.”

  • When: April 22, 2026 (Earth Day) at 1:00 PM ET/ 10:00 AM PT
