Atlantis Headwear Celebrates 30th Anniversary
Atlantis Headwear celebrated its 30th anniversary by welcoming distributor partners from around the world to Jesolo, Italy, for a three-day global meeting titled “30 Hats Later.”
The event brought together authentic conversations, shared reflections, and exclusive product previews, seamlessly blending business and conviviality, the company said in a press release. Speakers included Atlantis President and CEO Alessandro Colle Tiz; President and Commercial Director Federico Pasini; Sustainability Manager Elisa Pavan; and Serena Moro, founder and CEO of CIKIS Studio, a company helping redefine sustainability in the fashion sector.
Guests also received a special video message from Sir John Kirwan, former All Blacks rugby player, who shared a powerful reflection on courage and authenticity, reinforcing the growing partnership between Atlantis and the New Zealand National Team. In addition, Product Manager Camilla Battistutta presented an exclusive preview of the upcoming 2026 collection.
To ensure sustainability was woven into every moment of the weekend, Atlantis partnered with organizations including Sea the Change, which supported environmental impact monitoring and balancing throughout the event, and Rehub, a Venetian startup that transforms non-recyclable glass waste into sustainable design materials and contributed to the special guest gifts.
“I’m thrilled to continue working with Atlantis and excited about the All Blacks partnership,” said Jon Saferstein, one of the owners of Sportsman Cap & Bag, the American distributor for Atlantis Headwear, in a press statement. “Being here in person and seeing firsthand everything Atlantis does makes the partnership even more impactful. Having played rugby in college, the All Blacks collaboration is especially personal to me, and I’m excited to see how it continues to evolve.”
The weekend concluded with a tour of the fully renewed Atlantis headquarters, showcasing new showrooms and an expanded Innovation Hub that reflect the company’s vision for the future. As a Benefit Corporation, Atlantis says it has shifted its focus beyond numbers, measuring not only what it does, but why it does it.
