When the Name, Image, Likeness (NIL) policy was passed, it opened up doors for college athletes to promote themselves. But it also opened the doors of opportunity for apparel decorators to serve this market. One of the leaders in this space is Campus Ink, led by co-founder Steven Farag. Not only have they struck deals with colleges such as Indiana University and Virginia Tech, but the company has also secured investments from Mark Cuban.

More importantly, he offers advice on how to scale when your business is experiencing rapid growth.
