This year’s Print Hustlers Conference is back for its sixth year. The event, which will be held again in collaboration with MADE Lab, is scheduled to take place Nov. 5-7 in Ft. Worth.

For those that haven’t attended or aren’t familiar with the event, Print Hustlers is all about community according to Bruce Ackerman of Printavo and one of the founders. “This is a fun space to learn a lot and spend time with other [decorators],” he says. “It’s a community, an idea generator, a tool sharpener, and a place to improve your business, all in one.”

Ackerman notes that each year, the Print Hustlers Conference has grown, and this year is no exception. “This year there’s 200 people coming from all over to learn, be together all weekend, and take home improvements to their shop,” he says.

Kicking off the 2022 conference is the Printavo Best Practices Workshop, taking place at 3 p.m. on Nov. 5. The speakers will take the stage on Nov. 6, running from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Those presenting during the event include Dylan Gilligan, Upstate Merch; Ryan Kasparian, Covered in Ink; and many more. It will be emceed by Justin Lawrence of Oklahoma Shirt Company.

While the conference promises to deliver on education just as it has in years past, Ackerman states that there will be some things that make 2022 different. “This year is unique in that we wanted to make it more of a ‘camp’ feel,” he says. “[We will] give people more time to be together and learn from each other. We have a packed day of diverse speakers, plus a few dinners, drinks, and even a shop tour!” For those interested, the shop tour portion will take place on Nov. 7 starting at 9 a.m.

Additionally, Ackerman is excited about working with co-founders MADE Lab, a group that has partnered with the event for the previous two conferences. “They know events well and putting on a growing event every year is pretty tough,” he says. “MADE’s got experience, and we can spread the work out to make something awesome.”

There’s still time to register for the event if you haven’t already done so. Check out the website for more details.
