Fabric, an executive coaching program built exclusively for progressive print shop owners, is now accepting applications for its third cohort. The deadline to apply is October 1, 2025.

Founded by Bruce Ackerman (Printavo), Steven Farag (Campus Ink), and Kevin Baumgart (Sales Ink), Fabric was created to fill a gap in the decorated apparel industry by providing accountability, support, and proven business coaching, according to a press release.

Each curated group of seven to 10 non-competing shops meets monthly with an EOS-certified coach. These sessions focus on setting goals, sharing strategies, and holding owners accountable, creating a powerful system for real growth.

Since launching earlier this year, Fabric already has 50 shops actively participating across multiple groups.

“My first unscheduled cold door knock was a win,” says Brian Newman, president of Sublime Silkscreen and member of Fabric’s first cohort. “I’ll be honest, I just wanted to go home. But I knew I couldn’t face my Fabric group without checking this off my list. That quick stop turned into a job that more than covered my Fabric fee.”

Key Features of Fabric’s Core Groups:

  • One mandatory meeting per month
  • High confidentiality and trust among peers
  • EOS-certified coach to guide accountability and growth
  • Access to a private Slack channel with group members, facilitators, and the wider Fabric community
  • Guest speakers and industry experts providing insights within and beyond the apparel space
  • In-person gatherings at major industry conferences

Applications for the third cohort close on October 1. Don’t miss your chance to join this proven program and connect with like-minded leaders ready to scale. Apply at Fabric.ink.
