Pic The Gift (PTG), a vertically integrated B2B print-on-demand (POD) manufacturing and fulfillment company specializing in personalized products, announces its acquisition of Just Vision It LLC (JVI), a player in grand-format sublimation printing. JVI will operate as Just Vision It, a Pic The Gift company, out of its current 50,000-square-foot facility in Lone Jack, Missouri.

“This acquisition is a major milestone for Pic The Gift and a tremendous win for our partners, our team, and our future,” said Wes Pickering, CEO and co-founder of Pic The Gift, in a press statement. “JVI brings 13 years of manufacturing excellence, a talented and dedicated team, and a culture that aligns beautifully with our own. We are excited to welcome them into the Pic The Gift family.”

The acquisition expands PTG’s manufacturing footprint to three production facilities and upgrades its sublimation capabilities. Most notably, PTG’s print width capability increases from 1.8 meters to 3.2 meters, enabling the company to produce large- and grand-format banners, trade show displays, soft goods, and custom event signage entirely in-house. JVI is also recognized as one of the only G7+-certified printers specializing in dye-sublimation, a color calibration standard that ensures exceptional consistency across devices, substrates, and production runs.

“Adding JVI’s facility and equipment gives us a meaningful increase in manufacturing capacity, along with excellent operational redundancy,” said Keith Abert, COO and co-owner of Pic The Gift, in a press release. “The product offerings from both companies complement each other well, and we see tremendous cross-selling opportunities that will allow us to deliver more comprehensive solutions to our customers.”

“We built Just Vision It to be the best dye-sublimation manufacturer in the USA,” said John Whitt, COO of Just Vision It, in a press statement. “Joining forces with Pic The Gift means we can deliver on that promise at a scale we couldn’t achieve alone. I am confident this is the right next chapter for our customers, our team, and everything we’ve built.”

JVI’s existing customer relationships will continue without disruption. The acquisition closed on May 1, 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed.
