Walter Miska

Fully Promoted names Walter Miska as its new brand president, effective immediately. Miska is a former Fully Promoted franchise owner and regional vice president. He succeeds Andrew Titus, who was appointed president of Fully Promoted in late 2022 and led the brand through a significant growth period that included its 25th year in business.

“We are super excited to welcome Walter back to the Fully Promoted family,” said Titus in a press statement. “As we made this decision, we ultimately wanted someone who has a proven track record of business ownership experience and can take the momentum we’ve built to the next level. I couldn’t be more confident in Walter, and I’m excited about the brand’s trajectory as we continue investing in the resources and people needed to grow it further.”

Miska has deep roots in Fully Promoted as well as United Franchise Group (UFG), a global affiliate network of industry-leading brands, including Fully Promoted. Miska first became a Fully Promoted franchise owner in 2005 and grew his location into one of the top-performing businesses in the system, earning recognition including induction into the Hall of Fame, the President’s Award, and the Extraordinary Mentor Award.

He later returned to UFG as a Regional Vice President where he led a team of regional managers and worked closely with franchise owners across multiple brands on growth, development, and business performance. Overall, he brings 20-plus years of experience in franchise leadership, business ownership, and franchise development.

“It is an honor to be appointed president of Fully Promoted, a brand I am deeply passionate about and that has played such an important role in my career,” said Miska in a press release. “Fully Promoted is an outstanding brand that has continued to thrive in recent years — a direct reflection of Andrew’s innovative and strategic leadership, the team he has built, and the dedication of our franchise owners; many of whom I’ve had the pleasure of working with over the years. I’m looking forward to reconnecting with many of them and learning more about what’s working well across the brand today.”

Titus will fully transition into his role as president of UFG, a position he was appointed in January as part of an executive realignment at the company. He will remain involved in the strategic growth of Fully Promoted as Miska’s direct report.
