Sustainable Merch Summit 2026 Returns on Earth Day
The Sustainable Merch Summit returns on April 22, 2026 at 1 p.m. ET, building on a 2025 debut that welcomed more than 400 professionals across promo, print, and apparel.
The virtual summit is co-hosted by the Branded Merch Network, ASI, Apparelist, and 2 Regular Guys.
As supply chains continue to overlap, sustainability is no longer confined to one category. What happens in print affects apparel. What happens in apparel affects promo. Responsibility is shared. The 2026 Summit reflects that convergence with practical sessions designed for the people making daily production and sourcing decisions.
Sessions include:
- The Real State of Sustainable Merch: Beyond the Headlines
- Proof Over Promises
- Certifications: What Actually Matters and What Doesn’t
- When Sustainability Becomes a Growth Strategy
New this year is Merch That Made the Cut, featuring real distributors and decorators sharing the sustainable products they actually use and trust.
“Sustainability touches every layer of print and apparel production,” said Cassie Green, content director of Apparelist. “Earth Day is the right moment to focus on what truly moves the needle across categories.”
“Sustainability can feel overwhelming, especially when the conversation gets abstract or expensive,” said Jay Busselle, co-founder of Branded Merch Network. “This Summit focuses on practical next steps for the people doing the work every day. Progress starts on the ground, not in a ballroom.”
