Josep Maria Morralla Mercadé

STAHLS’ announces the appointment of Josep Maria Morralla Mercadé as managing director of STAHLS’ TPT, the company’s Spain-based apparel decoration and licensing operation supporting elite sports clubs, global brands, and premium apparel programs across Europe.

With more than 20 years of international executive leadership across Europe and LATAM, Mercadé brings extensive expertise in industrial transformation, multi-site operations, and scalable production strategy across the printing, packaging, and graphic arts sectors. His leadership background includes senior roles where he delivered measurable improvements in operational performance, productivity, profitability, and manufacturing modernization, according to a press release.

Throughout his career, Mercadé has led complex P&L structures and large multi-disciplinary teams while advancing operational excellence through Lean practices and continuous improvement. He has implemented advanced systems and methodologies including Lean manufacturing, RFID, TPM, and digital transformation initiatives.

Mercadé will focus on accelerating STAHLS’ TPT growth in key categories including sports, licensed merchandise, and workwear.
