PRINTING United Expo, set to take place Oct. 22-24, 2025 in Orlando, Florida, is the place where the industry gathers every year to explore new technologies, top trends, and connect with the latest and greatest advancements.
That’s why you’ll find the dynamic team from Rockhill Screen Printing in attendance. This powerhouse group not only runs a successful business, but you may recognize a few of the faces from the popular podcast “Last Call for Plastisol.”
Why do Jeremy Ray, co-owner and VP of operations; Jilly Ray, co-owner and VP of finance; and Christy Shellenberger, co-owner and VP of sales and marketing, all at Rockhill find themselves at the show time and again? Let’s find out.

JR: I attended briefly at the Atlanta show to see Christy win the “Women In Screen Printing Award.”
Apparelist: Why are you attending the 2025 PRINTING United Expo?
JR: To hang out with friends and let’s be honest, I’m going to Epcot one day for sure! I have some interest in embroidery but mostly I just want to see what’s new in the industry.
Apparelist: Do you have any advice you can share with those who may be unsure about attending?
JR: Don’t wait until the last day to attend. Most of the activity is on days one and two.

Apparelist: Why are you attending the 2025 PRINTING United Expo?
JR (times two!): For me, it’s all about staying ahead of the curve. I want to keep our shop on the cutting edge, offering our customers the best solutions by exploring the latest innovations and technologies.
Apparelist: What technology or trend are you most looking forward to learning more about?
JR: I’m always watching the DTF space — it evolves fast and continues to impress each year. I’m also looking forward to seeing what industry disruptors like Chad Kerkenbush (Print Grip), Jeff Fiorucci (Stampinator), and Nick Gawreluk (Print Profit) are bringing to the table this year.
Apparelist: What advice would you share with those who may be unsure about attending?
JR: The best way to grow — both personally and professionally — is to surround yourself with others who are walking the same path. PRINTING United is the perfect place to meet other printers, share experiences, and learn from one another. It consistently delivers a high-energy, well-attended show. Whether you’re brand new to the industry or a seasoned pro, there’s real value in showing up and plugging in.
