PRINTING United Expo, set to take place Oct. 22-24, 2025 in Orlando, Florida, is the place to be to keep up with the industry and connect with your peers. Just ask Sarah Natow, director of supply chain operations at TeePublic and Redbubble.

Natow will join the thousands of other attendees to check out all of the Expo’s features this year. Highlighting the 2025 event on the apparel decoration side will be a strong lineup of exhibitors, education sessions, and back by popular demand, the Apparel Zone powered by Apparelist Live. Hear from Natow on why she will be at this year’s event and what value she feels the industry gains from being there.

Apparelist: Have you attended PRINTING United Expo previously?

Natow: Last year was my first year!

Apparelist: What’s bringing you back to the 2025 PRINTING United Expo?

Natow: Keeping up with the industry is really important; seeing the new equipment and new blanks is key to planning in my role. I also love seeing everyone in one place.

Apparelist: What technology or trend are you most looking forward to learning more about?

Natow: It seems like direct-to-film (DTF) keeps evolving, so I am looking forward to seeing if there is anything new on the market in that space. We also keep seeing heavier fabrics and more pronounced textures, so I am curious to see if there is anything new in blanks and how the print platforms are evolving to accommodate!

Apparelist: Do you have any advice you can share with those who may be unsure about attending?

Natow: The show is always worthwhile, whether it is connecting with new faces or getting hands-on experience with new blanks or new technology, I can’t think of a better way to spend 3 days in our industry.
