ROQ.US and GRIMCO + GSG Announce Strategic Partnership
ROQ, a provider of automated screen and digital printing solutions, announces a new strategic partnership with GSG (Graphic Solutions Group), a supplier to the apparel decorating and sign markets for the last 75 years. This partnership will expand ROQ’s presence across Texas, the South, and the Midwest, providing more decorators with access to ROQ’s technology and service.
Following its recent acquisition into the GRIMCO Family, GSG seized the opportunity to explore new equipment partnerships, choosing ROQ as the solution for automated screen and digital printing, according to a press release shared by ROQ. GSG will continue to support its core customer base with its established service team while expanding its training to include ROQ equipment installation and maintenance.
Jared Granberry, president of GSG and leader of the Grimco Apparel Decorating Division, notes, “For many years, GSG has been a trusted name in the apparel decorating industry with a customer-first approach working alongside our dedicated vendor partners. Throughout this journey, our goal has always been to grow and foster true collaboration with the best manufacturers and suppliers on a nationwide scale, ensuring that we provide the best possible solutions and support to our customers.”
Granberry adds, “With that vision in mind, we are excited to announce our decision to partner with ROQ as we take the next step in our evolution. Going forward, we remain committed to innovation, service, and strengthening the relationships that have defined our success. We look forward to this new chapter and the opportunities it brings to the market today and in the future!”
“At ROQ, we believe that true partnerships are built on service and innovation,” says Ross Hunter, president of ROQ.US. “GSG’s dedication to its customers aligns perfectly with our mission, and together, we’re excited to provide more printers with the automation solutions they need to grow and thrive.”
As part of this partnership, both companies will leverage ROQ’s Tech Center in Clermont, Florida, and the ROQ Partner MADE Laboratory in Fort Worth, Texas, to provide hands-on training for customers and operators looking to master ROQ equipment.
