Earlier this year, the 2 Regular Guys Podcast announced that this year’s REGGIE Awards would feature something new. Now in its 11^th year, the REGGIE awards feature revamped categories and a renewed focus on celebrating the people, services, and companies that make this industry so vibrant, according to co-hosts Aaron Montgomery and Terry Combs.

Voting is now open for this year’s category nominees, the co-hosts announced on their Nov. 10 show. Categories this year include:

• 2023 Fresh Impact Product Award
• 2023 Customer Care Spotlight Award
• 2023 Industry Education Excellence Award
• 2023 Decorator’s Hub Trade Show Award
• 2023 Rising Star Award
• 2023 Women’s Voice Award
• 2023 2 Regular Guys Podcast Guest Star Award
• 2023 Industry Ambassador Award

“These are the only awards nominated by, and voted by, all our colleagues industry wide,” notes Combs. He feels that this point is what truly makes the REGGIE Awards special—it’s “true recognition by our peers.”

Voting does close on Dec. 7^th, so anyone interested in voting should do so soon. Combs notes that once voting is closed and winners are announced, it’s a really exciting time. “[I get excited] this year and every year when we can gather the winners for an interview during the awards show,” he says. “It’s special having them accept the award live during the podcast.”
