Peer Voices, Practical Lessons Found at the Apparel Decoration Summit

When we first launched the Apparel Decoration Summit in 2023, we knew we had something special.
In-person events like open houses, trade shows, and educational conferences have long been in high demand among apparel decorators. It’s a community that thrives on learning and networking.
In tandem with all of these uplifting events, we felt there was another opportunity. As a long-standing successful business model for other of the PRINTING United Alliance media brands like Wide-format Summit and Inkjet Summit, we knew a hosted-buyer model would redefine the events available to the apparel decorating community.
“ADS is such a unique opportunity for attendees and sponsors to connect with industry leaders, decision-makers, and peers in a focused, yet relaxed setting,” Brandy Jamison-Neth, brand director of Apparelist, says. “Our mix of valuable education, meaningful networking, and candid conversations really sets the event apart. And doing it all in a fun city like Nashville? That just makes the experience even better.”
With the goal of elevating decorators, connecting high-volume shops with top-level supplier and manufacturer representatives, and diving deeper than 101-level education, the Apparel Decoration Summit provides a place where the community can grow.
Gearing up for the 2026 Apparel Decoration Summit
As we look ahead to Nashville’s event in 2026, both attendees and sponsors of the last three years have felt the Apparel Decoration Summit is an event like no other, one that brings value to everyone there.
“The caliber of customers that attend this event and the ability to have one-on-one meetings with them is spectacular,” says Alex Mammoser of Easiway Systems, a PRINTING United Alliance member. From the sponsor side, he notes that it’s all about building relationships with customers. “You have a far-more-intimate interaction with your customer base, and you know who you’re going to talk to when you show up,” Mammoser says.
But it’s not just the sponsors that enjoy the event. Attendees like Meryl Katlin of Dynasty Custom Apparel found value in networking with other shops. “Everybody looks every day to grow their business,” she says. She notes that seeing other bigger shops that run bigger equipment and larger teams helps give her direction and ideas.

And as we round the corner into the back half of 2025, the Apparelist team is working hard to ensure the 2026 event brings the same caliber of high-level connections and education. The event has so much momentum, that at the time of writing (August 2025), several sponsors are already signed up for the 2026 event in Nashville:
- American Print & Supply
- Chipply
- Easiway Systems
- FDM4
- Hirsch Solutions
- Kornit Digital
- M&R Printing
- Otto
- SanMar
“As we look ahead to 2026, we are focused on delivering even deeper educational opportunities, fostering deeper collaboration and doing our part to elevate and expand the community,” Jamison-Neth says. “We are heading down Broadway to brand new Grand Hyatt and while it’s too early to release all the details, I can say we will continue to elevate the experience, ensuring ADS is not only valuable, but memorable.”
