At For Everyone Collective in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Founder Skyler Rich uses his screen-printing shop to promote societal change.

For Everyone Collective is a worker-owned business run by people who have been impacted by incarceration. They’re paid living wages and receive free health, dental, and life insurance.

While the team takes on some custom screen-printing jobs, the bread and butter of the business is screen-printed apparel aimed to “help build a world for everyone.” Every purchase directly funds its mission to transform communities through care, transportation, and collectivity.
