The preliminary agenda for the Apparelist Live Theatre helps attendees set their schedule for the 2025 Expo

Over the course of the last few years, the Apparel Zone at PRINTING United Expo has become a hands-on training destination area for anyone interested in learning about apparel decorating. From heat-applied graphics to embroidery and more, the expert-led training zone is perfect for beginner all the way to veteran decorators.

This year, PRINTING United Expo will take place from Oct. 22-24, 2025 in Orlando, where the beach vibe and tropical surroundings will find a way into the Apparel Zone. Following a “Print Paradise” theme, attendees in the Zone will get the same high-caliber training while in a relaxed, flamingo-enhanced atmosphere.

Central to the Apparel Zone is the Apparelist Live Theatre, where 45-minute presentations will happen on a rolling schedule throughout the Expo on a variety of topics.

Check out the following preliminary agenda, and be sure to check back in to Apparelist as we work to announce the finalized Theatre schedule.
