Cap America, a headwear supplier to the promotional products and apparel decoration industries, announces two personnel changes.

Wallace Promoted to Vice President of Sales

Craig Wallace has been promoted to vice president of sales. Wallace joined the company in August 2023 and brings over 20 years of industry experience to the role, including his knack for developing impactful sales strategies and fostering relationships with key clients.

As VP of sales, Wallace will lead and provide strategic direction to the Cap America sales team and over 50 multi-line representatives. He’ll primarily focus on crafting and executing sales strategies to grow Cap America’s customer base, including finding new growth avenues and employing fresh sales initiatives.

He reports to Chief Operating Officer Sarah Burgin, who says, “Craig has consistently proven himself to be a valuable asset to the team. His analytical approach and strategic thinking have already started shaping our future. I am eager to see the innovative and growth-oriented changes his leadership will bring.”

Allen Elevated to Director of Sales

In other promotion news, Lauren Allen now takes on the role of director of sales, after being with the company since 2021. With over 10 years of experience in the promotional products industry, she has experience strategically expanding key accounts and exploring new market opportunities.

In her elevated role, Allen will focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth while overseeing the daily operations of the sales department. Her leadership will play a role in cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the Cap America sales force, the company notes.

Allen reports to Wallace, who says, “Lauren’s promotion is a natural progression of her proven leadership skills. Her ability to guide and motivate has already made her an indispensable asset to our team and customers alike.
