PRINTING United Alliance announces that registration is officially open for PRINTING United Expo 2026, taking place September 23󈞅, at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas. PRINTING United Expo brings the entire industry together under one roof, spanning commercial, apparel, wide-format, labels and packaging, mailing, in-plant, industrial, and more.

What’s New at Expo 2026

The 2026 Expo launches with a newly redesigned website and enhanced digital experience, allowing attendees to explore exhibitors, plan their visit, and maximize time on the show floor. This year’s event continues its rapid growth, with the show floor already over 90% sold and nearly 650 exhibitors already signed up to showcase the latest equipment, technologies, and solutions — many making their global debut in Las Vegas.

Attendees can expect a dynamic mix of:

  • Education sessions covering critical and emerging topics, including automation, AI, workflow efficiency, sustainability, and business growth opportunities.

Expo All-Stars Return for Season Two

Returning for its second “season,” the All-Stars program will once again bring global industry ambassadors to the show floor, offering guided insights, curated pathways, and peer-to-peer expertise to help attendees experience everything the Expo has to offer.

Student Day “3.0”

Also back and bigger than ever is Student Day, continuing the Alliance’s commitment to workforce development. In partnership with the Print and Graphics Scholarship Foundation, now the Foundation for Graphic Communication Education, the program connects students directly with leading companies on the show floor and, in 2026, will even more closely highlight career pathways in print and facilitate meaningful conversations around internships and job opportunities.
