In a little less than a week, industry peers will gather for Kornit Konnections 2026, an event that is currently sold out. Taking place April 12-14, 2026 in Hollywood, Florida, it will focus on how “Agility is the New Playbook.”

According to the website, Konnections — hosted by Kornit Digital — “… brings together global brands, print production leaders, and supply chain innovators to define how the next era of apparel will be built.”

The agenda will feature speakers that span 360-degrees of the industry, says Ilan Elad, president of Kornit Digital Americas. “Every year is unique,” he says. “This year, we’re focusing more on agility.” He points to the many disruptive forces that apparel decorators face today: continuing tariffs, supply chain disruption, inflation and rising costs, and even AI as impacting the industry.

The event will also take a hard look at what’s happening in retail and e-commerce. Elad believes all of these things effect apparel decorators in one way or another. Between the current state of affairs, attendee feedback, and the guidance of an advisory board, he feels Konnections ‘26 is poised to help attendees not only get quality education, but have high-level networking opportunities.

The event will open with a presentation from Elad, followed by Ronen Samuel, CEO of Kornit, who will discuss just how impactful agility is on the industry. The keynote presentation, “The Hustle to Scale: Building a Global Brand Before the Industry Had a Playbook,” will be given by Daymond John, founder of FUBU and a member of The Shark Group.

Elad hopes that the mix of content leaves attendees with strong takeaways. “The level of details and what we’ve done this year is just another big jump forward and lean forward,” he says. “People really are looking to change [their] business. We use the word ‘agility’ this year because we believe that’s where the industry is heading. It needs to be more agile … in its response, agile in implementing new technologies. It needs to be agile in its thinking.”

Leaning into Networking

A huge part of what Elad believes will make Konnections ’26 successful are the networking opportunities. The event kicks off with some opening night festivities followed by opportunities like running and yoga on the beach, networking breaks, and even solutions showcases.

Elad stresses that it’s important for attendees to take advantage of these options. “If you sit on the side and just listen, and you eat by yourself or with your colleagues that come from the same company, you won’t get much [out of the event],” he says. “It’s called Konnections because we want people to connect. … There are so many people [who will be there] that compete with each other. But at the end, when they come together, they learn from each other.”

Even if running and yoga are not your things, taking advantage of the other networking and learning opportunities is an important piece of helping move the industry forward. “I’m just excited to be there,” Elad says. “The industry is working hard, and people, I hope, are coming because of curiosity, to learn, and to evolve.”
