Heat Transfer Warehouse Announces Closure
Fargo, North Dakota-based Heat Transfer Warehouse (HTW) announces it will close after more than 15 years in business, serving as a one-stop shop for heat transfer materials and printing equipment.
In an announcement on its website, the company writes:
“After more than 15 years in business, we want to let you know that Heat Transfer Warehouse will be winding down operations. … We are incredibly grateful for your support, loyalty, and partnership over the past 15 years. It has truly meant a great deal to us. Thank you again for being part of our journey.”
Kirk Anton launched the business in 2010, and HTW quickly became a go-to supplier within the industry. By the time it celebrated its 10th anniversary, it had four locations across the U.S. and was deeply involved in its community and philanthropic efforts.
In 2021, it was recognized with the Corporate Leader in Philanthropy Award by the Association of Fundraising Professionals Northern Plains Chapter for its work with McKinley Elementary School in Fargo and Fargo Public Schools. Further cementing its commitment to education, it launched the Heat Transfer Warehouse Red River Education Fund.
“At Heat Transfer Warehouse, we believe school spirit is the heartbeat of a thriving school community,” its website reads. “When students and teachers feel supported, equipped, and proud of where they learn and teach, great things happen. That’s why we created the Heat Transfer Warehouse Red River Education Fund — to remove barriers to learning, support teachers with out-of-pocket expenses, and build lasting school pride in every classroom.”
At the time of writing, there are no further details on the closure. It’s unclear if the closure will affect its direct-to-consumer brand, Shirts from Fargo.
Those interested in purchasing remaining inventory or leftover stock from HTW can email stock@heattransferwarehouse.com. The company says it’s happy to refer customers to a trusted supplier for future heat transfer supply needs.
