ROQ Group announces the appointment of Romeu Ribeiro as CEO in Portugal alongside Jared Granberry as president of ROQ.US.

Ribeiro has been an integral part of ROQ, most recently serving as head of engineering for Digital Equipment, where he played a key role in equipment development, product innovation, and advancing the company’s technological capabilities.

Ribeiro’s hands-on experience with engineering and innovation, combined with Granberry’s deep customer and distributor background, positions ROQ and ROQ.US to strengthen the connection between customer feedback, product development, sales strategy, installation, service, and long-term support, the company shares in a press statement.

Granberry

Granberry brings more than 25 years of experience across distribution, customer relationships, partnerships, and manufacturing leadership. Before joining ROQ.US, he helped grow GSG, working hand in hand with thousands of print shops and key customers through every stage of their growth. That background will guide ROQ.US into its next chapter, with an even stronger focus on staying close to customers, understanding the real challenges inside their businesses, and helping them scale through thoughtful automation across screen, digital, transfer, and fulfillment solutions, according to the press release.

“ROQ listens, and that changes the relationship,” said Granberry in a press statement. “When a customer shares an idea or identifies something that would make a press better, ROQ is willing to figure it out together. That creates true partnership. Customers know they are being heard, and they become part of the solution.”

As ROQ enters this new chapter, the company will continue investing in technology, infrastructure, partnerships, education, and customer support.
