Chipply Names Elle Carstens as Senior Vice President of Revenue

New Berlin, Wisconsin-based Chipply, a web store platform provider for team dealers, apparel decorators, and promotional products distributors, announces the appointment of Elle Carstens as senior vice president of revenue.

Carstens brings more than 16 years of SaaS sales experience, including seven years in leadership and sales development. Throughout her career, she has built and led high-performing teams, earning a reputation for creating scalable sales organizations grounded in adaptability, accountability, and measurable results.

In her new role, Carstens will oversee Chipply’s revenue strategy, leading customer acquisition, account expansion, and retention efforts. She will partner closely with Grace Schettler, senior vice president of Sales, to strengthen the customer journey while reinforcing Chipply’s people-first culture.
