PRINTING United Expo kicks off this week in Orlando — Oct. 22-24. If you’re a promotional products supplier, decorator, or printer of any kind, and you’re not already planning on attending, you still have time to register. From over a million square feet of equipment, tech, and trends to abundant education and networking opportunities — PLUS the Apparel Zone — there’s plenty to see and explore. Ahead of the event, we’re chatting with attendees to find out why they’re attending and what they’re excited to check out.

SnugZ USA

PRI: What made you decide to exhibit at this year’s Expo?

SnugZ USA: We’ve heard amazing things about the Expo and the smart, business-savvy crowd it attracts. As newcomers, we’re excited to meet businesses and the people that run it, who are looking to expand their offerings and grow revenue streams with promotional products. It’s our first time here, and we can’t wait to show attendees something new!

PRI: Are you planning to connect with any partners or peers while you’re at the Expo? What kinds of conversations are you hoping to have?

SnugZ USA: Yes — we’re here to introduce the world of promotional products to printers who may not yet be tapping into this market. We’d love to start conversations about how promo can seamlessly complement print and hard goods, creating new revenue opportunities. Think of us as your bridge into a whole new profit stream.

PRI: How does attending the Expo support your company’s broader goals over the next year?

SnugZ USA: Expanding awareness and building new partnerships are a big focus for us in 2025/2026. This Expo gives us the chance to showcase SNUGZ products and services to an audience who may not know us yet but can benefit hugely from adding promo to their mix. It’s all about creating new connections that fuel long-term growth.

PRI: What’s one trend or challenge within promotional products decoration you’re keeping an eye on?

SnugZ USA: We’re focused on the power of full-color decoration and the wide range of techniques to make designs pop — dye sublimation, digital labels, full wrap, fun color imprints on drinkware, DTF, and heat transfer. The challenge is keeping pace with evolving artwork needs while offering flexibility and speed. For us, it’s all about giving brands more ways to shine.
