Grace Apparel Company: In Search of Old Connections and New Beginnings at PRINTING United Expo
PRINTING United Expo, set to take place Oct. 22-24, 2025 in Orlando, Florida, is the place where the industry gathers every year to explore new technologies, top trends, and connect with the latest and greatest advancements.
Topping the list of attendees returning for yet another great Expo are Shane and Grace Lunsford of Grace Apparel Company. Driven by reconnecting with old friends as well as discovering the latest in new technology, Shane and Grace are looking forward to what this year’s event has to offer:

Apparelist: You’ve been to PRINTING United Expo before — what’s bringing you back this year?
S&GL: We are always looking for how we can improve our operations and add new technology. Plus we get to see old friends and make new ones. We always walk away with new connections and sometimes new clients as a contract printshop.
For us, this show is so important this year. After our area getting devastated by Hurricane Helene and us still today recovering from that storm, we are excited to be coming to the Expo. During the storm we as a company had to pivot and we turned to our community and started cooking with our local church, ultimately serving over 65k meals in the weeks after the storm working with our community to help residents and businesses. Ultimately we were closed for nearly two months from the storm and we are finally fully operational again just this month.
Apparelist: What technology or trend are you most looking forward to learning more about?
S&GL: Right now for us, it is shop automation. With workforce shortages and the need to reduce costs to stay competitive, we are looking for ways we can be more efficient and automate tasks.
Apparelist: Do you have any advice you can share with those who may be unsure about attending?
S&GL: PRINTING United Expo is a great show to be able to immerse yourself into all things printing. Even if you are just walking the floor, you will see and learn so much and have the opportunity to get face time with suppliers and equipment vendors.
