ODDS OF WINNING ARE DEPENDENT UPON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY / RELEASE OF LIABILITY / PRIZE ACCEPTANCE AGREEMENT WILL BE REQUIRED. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.

THE SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO NATURAL PERSONS WHO ARE AT THE TIME OF ENTRY AND THROUGH THE AWARDING OF A PRIZE (A) AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD; AND (B) LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ONE OF THE 50 UNITED STATES (INCLUDING THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA). ADDITIONALLY, THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS ONLY OPEN TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE OFFICIALLY REGISTERED AS AN ATTENDEE OF THE PRINTING UNITED EXPO ORLANDO 2025 BEFORE THE END OF THE ENTRY PERIOD. IF YOU ARE NOT A LEGAL RESIDENT OF A JURISDICTION PERMITTING SUCH A BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS PROMOTION, ARE NOT OF SUFFICIENT AGE, OR ARE NOT OFFICIALLY REGISTERED TO ATTEND THE EXPO BEFORE THE END OF THE ENTRY PERIOD AS PROVIDED HEREIN, YOU MAY NOT ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES OR WIN A PRIZE.

Entry Period: The PRINTING United Expo Orlando 2025 Apparelist Decoration Disasters Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on August 20, 2025 and ends at 11:59p.m. EDT on October 8, 2025 (the “Entry Period”), subject to any authorized extension.
How to Enter: To participate in the Sweepstakes, Entrants must complete the following action during the Entry Period:
1 Visit the Apparelist website at www.apparelist.com,
2 Click on the post titled “Decoration Disasters: Apparelist Decoration Disasters Contest” on the home page to access the entry form,
3 Fill out the entry form with the details of your decoration disaster, and
4 Click “Submit”!
That’s all there is to it. Provided all eligibility requirements set forth above are met, you’ll receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes!
If you would like to enter the Sweepstakes without providing the details of your apparel decoration disaster, you may do so by sending an email with the subject line “Apparel Decoration Disaster Sweepstakes Entry” to cgreen@napco.com during the Entry period. Be sure to include your name and job title, company name and number of years in business, and your phone number and, provided all eligibility requirements set forth above are met, you’ll receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
While we have kept the entry methods as simple as possible, we very much value your support, and welcome any activity in support of the PRINTING United Expo, such as 1) posting on Instagram, LinkedIn, or Facebook promoting the PRINTING United Expo or 2) sharing a PRINTING United Expo social post and tagging companies or individual(s) in the print industry who should attend the PRINTING United Expo. While those examples and any and all other additional promotions of the PRINTING United Expo on social media are very much appreciated, it’s important to note that no activity other than submitting the form with the details of your decoration disaster, or following the alternate entry instructions set forth above, is required to enter, and taking additional actions in support of the Expo will not qualify you for additional Sweepstakes entries, or increase your odds of winning. Thank you for your support and we look forward to seeing you at the Expo!
A maximum of one entry per eligible Entrant is permitted during the Entry Period, regardless of how many times you may submit an entry form . If an eligible Entrant submits multiple entry forms, only the first submission will be entered in the Sweepstakes.
Consent to use of Name, Image, Likeness and Personal Information:
Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor, Apparelist and Lane Seven Apparel to use Prize Winner’s name, image and/or likeness, as well as the details of their decoration disaster, for purposes of advertising, promotion, press releases, and articles in all media, including but not limited to, social media, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entrant’s Personal Information will be utilized by Sponsor for operation of the Sweepstakes, fulfillment of Sweepstakes Prizes, to comply with legal requirements, and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. To review Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, go to https://www.printingunited.com/privacy-policy/. By entering this Sweepstakes, Entrant accepts and agrees to abide by all Sponsor policies and terms.
By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant is consenting to being contacted by Sponsor and Apparelist as needed to administer the Sweepstakes, as well as to receive via email, marketing and promotional materials from Sponsor and Apparelist, and consents to being added to the Apparelist newsletter distribution list. Entrant may opt out of the Apparelist newsletter and any other marketing and promotional materials at any time by following the opt out instructions provided with each communication.
By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant is also consenting to the Sponsor, Apparelist and Lane Seven Apparel’s use of the anonymous details of their decoration disaster, for purposes of advertising, promotion, press releases, and articles in all media, including but not limited to, social media, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entrants may opt in to the use of their name and company name in connection with such promotions on the Sweepstakes entry form.
By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant is also consenting to Sponsor sharing their Personal Information with the Lane Seven Apparel, which has provided the Prize(s) or otherwise contributed to make this Sweepstakes possible, for marketing and promotional purposes. The types of communications you receive from or through Lane Seven Apparel will be determined by Lane Seven Apparel, and the opt out methods for those communications will be communicated to you by, and are the sole responsibility of, Lane Seven Apparel.
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who are at the time of entry and through the awarding of a Prize (a) at least 21 years old; (b) a legal resident of one of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) (the “Territory”). Additionally, this Sweepstakes is only open to individuals who are officially registered as an attendee of the PRINTING United Expo 2025 in Orlando, Florida before the end of the Entry Period. The Sweepstakes is not a consumer promotion and intended only as a business-to-business promotion. This promotion is not open to the general public.
Employees of Sponsor, their advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of the Sweepstakes, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers, prize suppliers any other person or entity associated with the Sweepstakes and/or the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members (whether related or not) of each such employee, are not eligible. All U.S., federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Ineligible Entrants are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes and/or win a Prize.
Prize: During the Sweepstakes, the following Prize will be awarded:
Grand Prize: Seventy two (72) pieces of clothing (blanks) of winners choice of any style offered for sale by Lane Seven on the Lane Seven website (www.lanesevenapparel.com) on the day that Lane Seven designates for the winner to make their selections, to include standard shipping of the prize to one location in any of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia.
The Grand Prize consists only of the elements and expenses expressly set forth above, and no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, taxes, insurance, meals, room service, bag check fees, parking fees, laundry service, food, beverages, ground transportation, phone calls, incidentals, souvenirs, merchandise, tips, gratuities, gasoline, etc.) are included in the Prize, and any such expenses incurred shall be the sole responsibility of Prizewinner. Any additional products, upgrades, overages, services, costs, fees, taxes, and expenses over and above the Prize allotment are the sole responsibility of Prizewinner.
No refund or compensation will be paid in the event of the cancellation or delay of the Prize or any Prize component. Sponsor will not be liable if the Prize, or any portion of the Prize, is cancelled or delayed. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution, or any act or omissions whatsoever by Prize provider.
There is no substitution for any Prize or any portion thereof and no refunds will be given for any unused portion of the Prize. The Prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. All Prize details are at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial and local taxes, including sales, income and any other taxes, and for any additional activation or carrier fees, or fees related to winner’s use of the prize.
The total approximate retail value of all prizes is USD $1,500.
No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or portion of a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Winner is responsible for any limitations set by their employer with respect to receiving prizes or gifts.
Agreement to Official Rules: Participating in the Sweepstakes constitutes the Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Official Rules as well as Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (http://www.printingunited.com/privacy-policy/), which is final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Collection and handling of personally identifiable information will be in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Any attempt to exceed the maximum number of entries, whether through use of multiple email accounts or any automated system may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants under suspicion of violations against the terms of Entry. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, altered, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be void. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an entry, the person demonstrating to Sponsor’s satisfaction, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, that he or she is the authorized holder of the e-mail account will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized holder of the email account” is the natural person assigned by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider or other similar organization referencing the email address listed on the entry form.
Selection of Winner: At approximately 5:00pm EST on October 15, 2025, Sponsor will select the name of one (1) potential winner as determined by a panel of judges to be the most interesting and educational decoration disaster from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of being selected as a potential winner depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The potential winner will be announced live, onstage, in the Apparel Zone at the Expo on Thursday, October 23, 2025. The potential winner need not be present to win. If the potential winner is not present when their name is announced in the Apparel Zone during the Expo, the potential winner will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of submitting their Sweepstakes entry, and will be asked to provide their work email associated with their PRINTING United Expo registration for eligibility within a specified time period as stated in the notification. If the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, a potential winner is found ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules or any additional supplemental rules, or does not return other declarations or documents as required, that individual’s claim to the Grand Prize is forfeited and an alternate qualifying and eligible Entrant may be selected, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes should, including but not limited to, virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Should a potential prize winner or, if applicable, a verified prize winner, decide to decline their Prize for any reason whatsoever, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to that potential or verified prize winner. Taxes and fees related to the Prize not explicitly agreed to be paid by Sponsor are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner.
Release and Limitations of Liability: By entering, Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Lane Seven Apparel, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and related entities (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property that may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize from or arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; AND/OR any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; AND/OR any problems or technical malfunction of any social media platform, telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor due to human or technical error at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE PRIZES AND ALL ELEMENTS THEREOF ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND. SPONSOR DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (D) ENTRANTS’ REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, or State courts located in New Castle County, Delaware. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and constructed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Delaware or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Delaware.
