Two-Part Webinar Series Will Focus on Pricing
Our Success Group (OSG) hosts a free two-part webinar series titled “Profitable Pricing Blueprint” on April 4th and 5th, 2025, at 2 p.m. Central each day. The series is designed to help small business owners move beyond pricing guesswork and confidently set rates that reflect both cost and value, according to a press release.
Following the webinars, participants will also be invited to join an optional interactive workshop where they can implement what they’ve learned, build a custom pricing spreadsheet, and receive real-time coaching.
“There’s a lot of noise out there when it comes to pricing,” said Aaron Montgomery, co-founder of Our Success Group and host of the series, in a press release. “This series is for business owners who are tired of trying to follow cookie-cutter formulas or second-guessing their prices. We focus on clarity, sustainability, and value alignment.”
Webinar Series Overview
Part 1: Pricing Foundations – April 4, 2:00 p.m. CT
Participants will explore common pricing myths, learn how to identify their true business costs, and build a sustainable pricing baseline.
Part 2: Charge What You’re Worth – April 5, 2:00 p.m. CT
This session focuses on value-based pricing strategies, how to align pricing with customer expectations, and how to raise prices with confidence.
Both sessions are approximately 45 minutes and include access to a bonus pricing and value alignment workbook. “Knowing your numbers isn’t just about spreadsheets, it’s about making decisions that serve both your customers and your goals,” Montgomery added. “That’s what we aim to deliver in this series.”
Follow-Up Workshop: Profitable Pricing Implementation
Participants will receive an exclusive invitation to attend one of three live, small-group workshop sessions on April 14th, 17th, or 18th. The hands-on workshop is a paid opportunity that is an interactive, small-group workshop designed for business owners who want to implement a real, profitable pricing system tailored to their business. The $97 workshop is a live, hands-on experience where attendees will build a custom pricing spreadsheet that ensures profitability with every sale. They will also receive expert coaching and real-time feedback to refine their pricing strategy, as well as gain clarity on their numbers to make informed pricing decisions moving forward.
Paid workshop participants are welcome to attend multiple sessions for additional support and collaboration with like-minded business owners.
