As the final countdown for PRINTING United Expo, taking place Sept. 10-12 in Las Vegas, rapidly approaches, the industry is gearing up for what is sure to be an exciting show. From new products and engaged exhibitors, to hands-on training and top-notch education, attendees can expect an all-encompassing experience.

One major feature of the show is the Apparel Zone Powered by Apparelist Live. Attendees will be able to meet with sponsors to get hands-on training and demos on various apparel-decorating technologies, plus get a healthy dose of education in the Apparelist Live! Theatre.

Equipment Zone is joining the Zone this year at full speed ahead. Not only will attendees get to rub shoulders with the team inside the Zone, but they can also sit in on the company’s presentation in the Theatre. The company will engage with the audience in a press conference-style presentation that will showcase new equipment and trends in the industry. Plus, stick around as Equipment Zone will also host a panel of experts to discuss the impact of DTG and DTF printing technologies.

Jay Busselle, VP of Marketing – Equipment Zone

Equipment Zone logoApparelist: You’ve participated in the Apparel Zone before — what is your favorite part about this feature?

Busselle: My favorite part is seeing the excitement from attendees who are experiencing the process of a specific apparel decorating technique and in some cases, actually getting to use the printers to create something. The best learning experiences come from doing and making!

Apparelist: Why should attendees visit the Apparel Zone?

Busselle: Attendees should visit the Apparel Zone to get continuing education and gain an advantage on the competition by staying current with the possibilities of new printing equipment and learning about fresh decorating techniques and trends.

Apparelist: What’s the benefit of those that don’t decorate apparel in visiting the Apparel Zone?

Busselle: The benefit is to be prepared to better serve your customers’ brand(s). Today they’re asking for packaging, tomorrow they need branded merchandise for new employees, and three months from now they are sponsoring a trade show and want signage and promo items to hand out.

Apparelist: Can you give us a sneak preview about what Equipment Zone will showcase in the Zone?

Busselle: We plan on moderating a discussion with a few of our clients who are using both DTG and DTF printing technology to grow their businesses and achieve more profit. Please visit us to see how DTG printing and DTF transfers can be printed on one machine and complement your existing business.
