Arcus Printers to Debut Upgraded Pioneer 24 DTF Printer
Arcus Printers announces the debut of the upgraded Arcus Pioneer 24 4-head DTF printer at the PRINTINGUnited Expo 2024.
Attendees can visit Arcus Printers at booth SL12041, located in the South Lower Hall, to experience the capabilities of the new Pioneer 24 4-head DTF printer. This latest version builds on the success of the original model, with a significant enhancement: the addition of eight unique color channels.
This upgrade allows for a broader color gamut, enabling decorators to achieve more precise and vibrant colors, including challenging hues like deep cardinal reds, rich navy blues, and royal blues, says the company. This advancement is particularly beneficial for those producing licensed sportswear or university apparel, where color accuracy is crucial. Printers can also produce designs with fluorescent color elements in neon yellow, pink, and orange.
Azonprinter to Launch DTF Powder Shaker Electronics
Azonprinter Europe, a manufacturer of inkjet printers and industrial electronics, is set to introduce a Universal Electronics Kit at PRINTING United Expo 2024. This new solution, designed to revolutionize the direct-to-film (DTF) process, will address common challenges and elevate quality in apparel and material decoration.
The Universal Electronics Kit is engineered to ensure superior performance and safety, outshining unreliable market alternatives, says the company. With an open-source programming platform, the kit offers limitless customization, allowing users to tailor their DTF processes to meet specific needs. Built for durability, it guarantees smooth, reliable operation, even during extended unattended use, the company adds.
Azonprinter’s features its comprehensive support, offering expert installation services both in its HQ in Croatia (Europe) and globally. Beyond the DTF solution, Azonprinter will also unveil the Monster Jet luggage printer, a first-of-its-kind innovation in suitcase printing.

Gelato Expands Apparel Portfolio, Announces New Partnership
Gelato (booth C1215) announces the expansion of its apparel portfolio with new premium items and a new partnership with SOL’S.

Eco-friendly Siser transfer
Siser (booth SL8040) introduces PureHT, a new heat transfer material that features a 100% compostable film, breaking down in the ground within 180 days. Featuring a matte finish, this thin and lightweight material not only looks great but will have you (and the Earth) feeling great, too, says the company.
It also features a lower application temperature of 275°F/135°C; many of the same benefits as EasyWeed, including being iron-friendly, hot-peel, layerable, and OEKO-TEX Standard 100; and is certified compostable by the Biodegradable Products Institute (BPI).
PureHT comes in nine earth tones all in a matte finish, and is compliant with specifications established by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) D6400 standard.
