With over 25 years of executive-level operations and leadership experience, Ertzberger brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of driving operational excellence and growth in manufacturing environments, according to a press release.

At Custom Ink, as vice president of production, Ertzberger spearheaded the expansion of multi-site production operations across the United States, overseeing 700+ employees and delivering record-breaking bottom-line savings and team engagement scores.

During his tenure at PCNA, Ertzberger was critical during its strategic expansion period where he grew Leeds operational footprint by over 5x, while driving both reliability and margin gains. He was then in charge of turning around the Bulletline and Trimark acquisitions, where at both subdivisions he substantially unlocked sales growth and margin improvements.
