Supacolor unveils SupaDTF. Its first 100% digital heat transfer, SupaDTF requires no minimum order — customers can order as few as one. This opens up a range of benefits for garment decorators:

  • No Minimum Orders

Customers can order only what they need, making it ideal for customization on uniforms, trialing new designs, and printing on demand.

  • Jumbo-Sized Prints

Because SupaDTF can be printed on a roll, it allows orders up to 15″ and 22″ wide. This lets customers print full-size T-shirt prints, long prints across sleeves and legs, and more. It is also available in all the usual pre-cut heat transfer sizes.

  • Award-Winning Support

Like all its products, SupaDTF is backed by Supacolor’s commitment to exceptional customer support. This was recently recognized at Front’s Game Changer Awards, where Supacolor took out top honors in the global manufacturing category for Best Customer Support.

President/COO Rum Walia states, “SupaDTF represents a significant milestone in our mission to empower businesses of all sizes. From solo entrepreneurs to national print shops, SupaDTF sets a new standard for customer-centric heat transfers. I’m pleased to say it also lives up to our high standards for quality — our customers are already showing a lot of love on social media.”

SupaDTF uses a new digital white ink formula. Supacolor has also created its own adhesive formula, which goes on at a lower temperature. This leads to minimal chance of heat marks or burn marks, allowing it to be used on just about anything — cotton, polyester and blends, the company says.
