Grimco, a wholesale sign and screen print supply company, announces the acquisition of Florida-based TubeliteDenco. The joining of the two companies will expand the number of locations and product availability for customers of both organizations, according to Grimco.

TubeliteDenco recently completed the acquisition of Garston Sign Supply, and Grimco will be acquiring all combined 21 locations. “We are extremely excited about this acquisition,” says Keith Pittillo, CEO of Grimco. “Grimco has admired TubeliteDenco for many years as an industry leader in the electrical sign market. Once we combine their distribution network and product portfolio with ours, we will be able to offer our combined customer base an even better overall experience. We are also very eager to welcome the talented and knowledgeable employees from TubeliteDenco to our company. We are confident that their experience and expertise will contribute greatly as we move forward together.”

TubeliteDenco was formed in 2021 when Tubelite, established in 1925, and Denco, established in 1953, joined forces to create a coast-to-coast sign supply company. “We found that Grimco shares the same values that have built and guided TubeliteDenco for nearly a century,” says Greg McCarter, CEO of TubeliteDenco. “At the same time, Grimco is committed to innovating and revolutionizing the future of distribution within the sign industry. Bringing TubeliteDenco under the Grimco banner is an exciting step in that new direction.”
