Apparelist: Why did you decide to attend this year’s PRINTING United Expo?

[I had] an absolutely awesome experience at the Las Vegas show last year … and a craving for some delicious southern eats!

Apparelist: What else brings you back to the Expo year after year?

Returning helps me stay current with industry developments, new technologies, and trends. It’s an ideal time of year to spark ideas before the hectic holiday season and new year. PRINTING United is unique in that it’s a true convergence of multiple interrelated verticals.

Apparelist: What products, brands, or services are you most looking forward to seeing?

Coloreel blew my mind last year; I am eager to see this game changer once again. I also look forward to a plethora of other tried-and-true and emerging products and capabilities.

Apparelist: How do you plan and make the most of your time at the Expo?

I plan to go in well rested and energized with an educational and networking game plan, while leaving some flexibility to freely walk the show floor for inspiration. It’s always challenging to not spend too much time in a particular booth either learning something new or chatting with an industry friend, but time management is key!

Apparelist: How do you hope attending will impact your business and career moving forward?

As a lifelong learner, I hope my quest for knowledge and information translates into enhanced interactions with both clients and suppliers alike. As a product and service distributor to end clients, I am not exposed to the day-to-day operations of a production facility firsthand. The hands-on aspect of attending and immersing myself at Expo is crucial to better understanding the equipment, processes, opportunities, and challenges. The networking opportunities are priceless.
