master-success-logoOur Success Group announces the launch of its Master of Success Plus (MOSPlus) program. The MOSPlus program is designed to provide community leaders and others who want to start their own mastermind program with a structured and supported program that can transform and grow their communities.

The program offers a specific and structured mastermind experience that is designed and supported by industry veteran Aaron Montgomery, who is a Success Principles Trainer certified by New York Times best-selling author Jack Canfield.

Montgomery has led groups that have included Jack Canfield himself and has developed a system that makes the power of the mastermind boost transformation for those involved. Now Montgomery is looking to support community leaders in offering the same experience to their own communities.

With MOSPlus, community leaders can provide their participants with a true mastermind experience that is backed by a proven success principles framework. Our Success Group will handle all the backend work, allowing community leaders to focus on leading their meetings with an easy-to-follow agenda.

“The idea is to partner with community leaders and others who want to develop a group of success-minded people to give them the resources to have a true mastermind, yet [also] have a partner in it so all they have to do is focus on their group and the success everyone will create,” says Montgomery, who is also the co-founder and CEO of Our Success Group. “I want to be able to foster even more businesses through a true mastermind program so they can see their full potential as a business. The Master of Success Program has been going on since 2020 and has proven to be a springboard to success. I know that I can only directly facilitate so many mastermind groups, and with demand on the rise, this sharing of the formula was a way to raise the tide of our industry and beyond.”

“We understand that community leaders are busy people, which is why we designed MOSPlus to be an easy-to-use program that provides real results,” he adds. “The go-getters crave this kind of accountability, and my goal is to provide that platform to more of them while providing a foundation on which to grow a successful business.”

For the facilitator, there is no cost and they will make an affiliate commission for bringing the group together. The group members will make a quarterly or annual commitment and agree to the terms of being a part of a mastermind.
