C&W Embroidery, one of the largest contract embroidery and screen printing businesses in the United States, is expanding its presence in Alcorn County, Mississippi. Its parent company, C&W Companies, announced a $2.4 million corporate investment that will create 32 new jobs in the county.

C&W Embroidery offers embroidery, screen printing, and digital printing of logos on apparel, headwear, and footwear, with a client list that includes Nike, Carhartt, Outdoor Cap, and more.

The investment will largely target future growth. According to a press release shared by Super Talk, the company is constructing an approximately 15,000-square-foot building on the property, renovating current buildings, and investing in new equipment.

The Mississippi Development Authority will provide assistance for building construction as well as renovations. The town of Rienzi and Alcorn County also plans to assist.

“The company has experienced significant growth coming out of the pandemic, and the capital investment and expansion plan will continue to drive future growth, profitability, and community development,” C&W Companies Owner and Vice President Will Carnell said in the press statement. “Our people are the key to our success, and we look forward to adding to our talented workforce.”
