Voting is now live for the Reggie Awards. On Friday, Nov. 11, nominations were announced for the awards, which have recognized some of the top names in the apparel decorating community for the last 10 years.

If you were able to tune in to the live announcement last week, co-hosts Aaron Montgomery of Our Success Group and Terry Combs of Equipment Zone kicked things off by acknowledging Veterans Day and moving on to their iconic Dad Joke portion. But the main show focused on the Reggie nominations, with Montgomery noting they received a total of 137 nomination forms. Montgomery added that only 33 were scrapped due to certain rules.

• Best Podcast or Online Education
• Best Industry Trade Show
• Most Influential Up & Comer in the Industry
• Women in Garment Decorating Award
• Most Inspirational Decorators Community Member
• Best Guest on the 2 Regular Guys Podcast
• Best Ambassador for the Industry

“At its core, this is all about recognizing the people that have done something to help somebody else in the industry,” Montgomery said during the live nomination announcement podcast.

“As a listener and Reggie winner who subsequently became part of the show, I’ve seen the impact of the Reggies from all sides,” says Erich Campbell, producer for 2 Regular Guys and embroidery expert. “Though I’d won board-judged awards from industry publications before, winning an award that was created as and remains an unfiltered voice of decorators on the shop floor means a lot … Creating an opportunity to both reward those who sacrifice to lift up the community and fostering connections within our industry — there’s little we can do that means more.”
