This year, PRINTING United Expo is shaping up to be bigger than ever, and apparel decorators can expect to see equipment manufacturers, blanks suppliers, hands-on demonstrations of every technology, growth opportunities, and more. From the educational experience offered in the Apparel Zone, to networking options in the café and bar and insight at the Future State Theater, it’s a show that decorators must attend.

Education Like Never Before

Taking a step back, 2019 brought record attendance to the inaugural PRINTING United Expo. However, based on the percentage of attendance in the classroom seminars/sessions and other empirical survey data, it was clear that the attendees were in search of something new and fresh when it comes to consuming education.

So, an on-floor experience has been developed to focused on education versus selling.

The Expo will unite the different applications in the apparel decorating segment, giving attendees an opportunity for hands-on/tactile learning and showcasing what’s in the market, from short run to commercial solutions, for each application technology in the Apparel Zone, title sponsor by M&R. In addition, companies such as DTF2U.com have been invited to sponsor certain segments (in this case, the DTF area) of the Apparel Zone.

The Zone itself will be packed full of equipment and activations with over 20 supplier partners participating, many of which will debut and showcase new technology and solutions both in the Zone and their booths. We’ve worked with the best of the best to ensure a one-of-a-kind educational experience and added some features that are pretty cool, too.

The Apparel Zone will be the heart of the garment decorating community at PRINTING United Expo. Applications attendees will see there include:

  • Screen printing equipment
  • DTG printers and pretreat solutions
  • Heat-applied graphics
  • Embroidery machines
  • DTF solutions
  • Dye-sublimation solutions
  • Blank apparel
  • Cut-and-sew solutions
  • Software solutions

What’s more, attendees will be able to capitalize on networking opportunities and the café and bar within the Zone, sponsored by OmniPrint.

And if that’s not enough, you’ll be able to meet, connect with, and listen to some of the industry’s top influencers in the podcast booth, sponsored by Kornit Digital. Influencers such as the 2 Regular Guys, Stan Banks of T-shirt Side Hustle, Nikki Bowen of Machine Gun Graphics, and more will be onsite and recording shows.

Hear From the Experts

Building on “a different take on education,” if the Apparel Zone provides the hands-on side of educational experience, the Future State Theater brings the content-driven side that people also attend shows for. We have worked with our partners at MADE Lab to develop a platform for thought leaders in the apparel decorating industry to share their insight on the next three to five years.

Whether you are a printer, designer, brand, etc., the Future State Theater is aimed toward everyone in the community and is staged under professional lights and sound. Did we mention it’s free to all attendees?

From how to gauge the right time to borrow given the current financial climate, to the future of screen and digital, to bettering your internal culture and employees’ lives, everything is on the table.

Opportunities Through Convergence

Beyond the Apparel Zone and Future State Theater, attendees can also visit the plethora of other exhibitors showcasing the latest and greatest in equipment, tools, and technology. Companies like Advanced Color Solutions will play host to new equipment — debuting at the show — that may benefit your business.

Other products and exhibitors you will find at the show include (but certainly aren’t limited to):

  • Lawson Screen & Digital Products
  • Los Angeles Apparel
  • ROQ US
  • Siser
  • Vastex
  • And more

But PRINTING United isn’t just a destination for apparel decorating. It’s the place to be to see everything that has to do with the printing industry. For those decorators looking to explore other profit opportunities, you will see products from Fisher Textiles, TKO Sales, Roland DGA, Epson, and more. There will be a Packaging Pavilion, a Keynote Education Program Series, the Latin American Pavilion, plus an immersive experience brought to you by HP.

The Expo is shaping up to be a can’t-miss event — will we see you there?
