The Polaris system sets a new standard with the latest generation of garment decoration technology from M&R, states the company. Designed to manage an array of automation needs and quality requirements, the Polaris utilizes more than 12 different hardware and software systems operating in synchronized harmony to achieve high production speeds.
The COBRA press represents the expansion of M&R’s successful Cobra range that was launched in August of 2020. The new COBRA TSE Series includes three new presses in an expanded 50 cm x 50 cm maximum image size in 16-station/14-color, 18-station/16-station, and 20-station/18-color formats. All COBRA TSE presses come equipped with M&R’s Tri-Sync precision screen pre-registration system for fast screen setup and full system integration with M&R’s DS-4000 Digital Squeegee hybrid screen-printing/DTG printing systems.
“The M&R Product Development team is proud to exhibit our forward-looking technology with the Polaris DTG printing system alongside the COBRA TSE, our latest development in screen-print production screen and hybrid screen/DTG print system” says Danny Sweem, CEO of M&R Printing Equipment. “It is important for the industry to know that while M&R is investing heavily in DTG technology, the company remains committed to its roots as an innovator in the development and manufacture of high-performance textile screen-printing equipment.”
